Gang Rape in Valencia Institute: Three Minors Arrested for Spreading Video

Three minors have been arrested in Valencia for allegedly gang-raping a classmate and then distributing a video of the assault among their friends. A fourth minor, a brother of one of the detainees, is also implicated but is too young to be charged.
