Trademark Dispute: Asterix Publisher Wins Round Against Polish Arms Maker Over 'Obelix'

The French publisher of the Asterix comics has achieved a partial victory in a trademark dispute, as the European Union Intellectual Property Office must re-examine whether the 'Obelix' word mark registered by a Polish arms manufacturer should be cancelled.
