Countries work to secure safe passage in the Strait of Hormuz

A container ship was struck off the coast of Oman on March 3rd while transiting the Strait of Hormuz. Iran's Revolutionary Guards claim to have full control of the key waterway for global oil transit, but traffic has currently come to a halt following drone attacks on ships.
