Former yacht club captain cleared of harassment in High Court dispute

A former yacht club captain, Stefan Oloffs, has been cleared of harassing commodore Richard Phillips in a High Court case stemming from a houseboat dispute, which involved Oloffs creating a website about Phillips and writing to the Port of London Authority.
