Former CBSA Employee Improperly Shared Sensitive Data with Real Estate Clients
A tribunal has found that a former Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) employee, Kalisa, conducted numerous unauthorized searches of sensitive databases. This data was then improperly passed on to potential real estate clients.
