EU to Implement €3 Fee on Low-Value E-commerce Shipments from Non-EU Countries

Starting July 1, 2026, a fixed €3 fee will be applied to low-value shipments from non-EU countries to the European Union, impacting parcels valued under €150. This new regulation aims to address the approximately 4.6 billion small-value shipments entering the EU annually and change their taxation rules.
