Citizen's Arrest of Drunk Driver on Polish A1 Highway
A completely inebriated driver was stopped by other motorists on Poland's A1 highway near Częstochowa after hitting a truck and nearly colliding with another car. The driver had a blood alcohol level of 2.7 promille and two prior driving bans.
