Portion of South Luzon Expressway TR4 to Be Operational by Year-End
The Department of Transportation (DOTr) announced that a portion of the Toll Road 4 (TR4) of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEx) in the Philippines will be operational before the end of 2026, aiming to reduce travel time from Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
