Companies Declare Quarterly Dividends, TSMC Beats Q2 Estimates

H.B. Fuller and Plumas Bancorp have declared their quarterly dividends, while Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) announced a NT$7.00 quarterly dividend. TSMC also reported beating Q2 top and bottom line estimates and issued a strong Q3 revenue outlook.
