'El Chapo' Guzmán Blames Government for Mexico's Violent Crimes, Requests Extradition

Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán, the former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, has sent another letter from his U.S. prison, where he is serving a life sentence, blaming the Mexican government for violent crimes and requesting extradition.
