Spanish Government to Decriminalize Insults to the Crown and Religious Offenses
The Spanish government, through an agreement between PSOE and Sumar, plans to reform the penal code to decriminalize insults to the Crown and religious offenses. However, the crime of glorifying terrorism will remain in place.
