HRA: Full Constitutional Court Composition Removes Risk of Blocked Decisions

The Human Rights Action (HRA) states that the election of new judges to the Constitutional Court ensures its full composition, thereby removing the risk of blocking important decisions and ending the unconstitutional tenure of a judge.
