Portuguese Developers Welcome Postponement of Urban Planning Regulation Changes
An association representing approximately 300 companies in the Portuguese real estate sector has welcomed the postponement of changes to the Legal Regime for Urbanization and Building (RJUE). They argue that implementing the diploma without regulatory ordinances would create uncertainty for businesses and municipalities.
