Investors Oppose £5.7bn Private Equity Bid for Energy Group DCC

Leading investors, including Ninety One, Aviva Investors, and Fidelity International, are opposing a £5.7 billion private equity offer from KKR and a Bridgepoint subsidiary for the energy group DCC.
