Montenegrin Official Criticizes Lobbying Efforts to Shift War Consequences to Government
Vasilije Čarapić, a member of the Presidency of the Europe Now Movement (PES), stated that various lobbying entities are strenuously trying to shift the entire burden of mitigating the negative consequences of a war, which someone else started, onto the government.
