Colonel Gunārs Kauliņš Appointed Deputy Chief of Staff of Latvian Armed Forces

As of August 1, Colonel Gunārs Kauliņš has assumed the position of Deputy Chief of Staff for Operational Affairs and Chief of the Land Component of the National Armed Forces (NBS), replacing Brigadier General Egils Leščinskis.
