Connecticut AG, Agencies Urge FERC to Reduce Eversource, Avangrid RTO Adder

Connecticut's Attorney General and several state agencies have formally requested the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to eliminate or significantly reduce the RTO adder charged by utility companies Eversource and Avangrid.
