Latvian Constitutional Court Reviews Swedbank's Challenge to Bank Excess Profit Tax Discount

Latvia's Constitutional Court has begun reviewing a case concerning the bank excess profit tax, also known as the solidarity contribution discount for credit institutions. The case was initiated following an application from Swedbank, challenging the conditions for receiving the discount.
