Education officials to make philosophy, history, and ‘Fundamentals of Russian Statehood’ mandatory for all university students

Russia’s Science and Higher Education Minister Valery Falkov has announced that four subjects will become mandatory for all university students: Russian language, philosophy, history, and “Fundamentals of Russian Statehood.”
