Hurricane-Force Bura Wind in Velebit Channel Prompts Red Warning

The State Hydrometeorological Institute (DHMZ) has issued a red warning for the Velebit Channel due to hurricane-force bura winds, with partly sunny conditions expected in the northern Adriatic.
