Ghana Police Approve Protest by Bogoso–Prestea Mining Communities

Police in Ghana have given approval for a two-day demonstration by the Catchment Area Community Alliance (CACA) from the Bogoso–Prestea mining enclave. The protest, scheduled for March 24th, will take place in the capital to highlight rising tensions in the region.
