Mortgage Lending Surges in Poland, Exceeding 13 Billion PLN for Fourth Consecutive Month

In the first half of the year, the value of mortgage loans taken out in Poland increased by 48 percent year-on-year to 74 billion PLN, with monthly lending exceeding 13 billion PLN for the fourth month in a row, excluding refinancing.
