Appeal Process Continues in Montenegro's 'Tunnel' Case

More than eight months after the first-instance acquittal, a second-instance decision has not yet been made in the 'Tunnel' case in Bijelo Polje, with the High Court sending the case to the High State Prosecutor's Office for an opinion on the validity of the appeals.
