57 million litres of fuel illegally off-loaded at sea in Thailand
Justice Minister Pol Lt Gen Rutthapon Naowarat reported that 57 million litres of fuel, intended for oil depots in Surat Thani, Thailand, were illegally off-loaded from tankers to smaller ships at sea.
