Montenegrin Official States Government Crisis Won't Impact Northern Investments

Petar Smolović, President of the Municipality of Bijelo Polje, has stated that a three-month government crisis in Montenegro will not affect investments in the country's north. He noted that construction work in the region is typically halted during January, February, and March due to unfavorable weather conditions.
