Six killed in Dera Ismail Khan firing; key suspect shot dead in police encounter

PESHAWAR: At least six people were killed, and two others were injured in a firing incident in Mangal village of Prova tehsil, police said on Wednesday, adding that a key suspect was later killed in a police encounter. According to police, the incident occurred when unidentified armed men opened fire, resulting in multiple casualties.
