Montenegro Police Testify on Arrests of Kavač Clan Leaders
Former head of the organized crime unit, Zoran Backović, testified in Podgorica that top leaders of the Kavač clan, including Radoje Zvicer and Slobodan Kašćelan, were processed and arrested within 30 minutes in 2021.
