Employment rate rose to 62.5% in 2025, unemployment down to 6.1% - Istat

(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 12 - Italy's average employment rate for people of working age, 15-64, rose to 62.5% in 2025, up 0.3 of a percentage point on the previous year, while the unemployment rate fell 0.4 of a point to 6.1%, Istat said on Thursday.
