EU Commission Advises Montenegro on Data Protection Alignment for ANB and Police Laws
The European Commission advised Montenegro on two options for data protection provisions in the ANB and police laws: either align them with EU acquis before adoption or adopt the laws and align provisions before closing accession negotiations.
