Russia Prioritizes Fuel Deliveries, Gas Stations Rank Last

The Russian government has recommended prioritizing fuel deliveries to state customers and for municipal needs. According to Kommersant, gas stations will rank last in this new priority order, a decision made at a meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.
