Im Prozess gegen ÖVP-Klubobmann August Wöginger und zwei Finanzbeamte wegen Amtsmissbrauchs hat am Montag der ehemalige Generalsekretär im Finanzministerium, Thomas Schmid, Wöginger belastet. Es geht um die Frage, ob dieser auf die Besetzung eines Vorstandspostens Einfluss genommen habe. Wöginger habe zu ihm gesagt, „dass er für dieses Finanzamt jemanden hat, dass er sich den dort wünscht und dass ich mich darum kümmern soll“, schilderte Schmid.
