Presidential Advisor Proposes Law to Regulate Smartphone Use in Lithuanian Schools

Following parliamentary amendments requiring educational institutions to prepare rules for mobile phone use by September, the chief advisor to Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda, Vaidas Augustinavičius, suggests regulating smartphone use in schools by law.

Seimui priėmus įstatymo pataisas, kuriomis šalies ugdymo įstaigos įpareigotos iki rugsėjo parengti mobiliųjų telefonų naudojimosi mokyklose tvarkas, prezidento Gitano Nausėdos vyriausiasis patarėjas Vaidas Augustinavičius tikina, jog šis klausimas turėtų būti bendrai sureguliuotas įstatymu.
