Romanian Anti-Fraud Unit Confiscates €1 Million in Illegal Gold Trade
Romania's anti-fraud inspectors (ANAF) have confiscated nearly one million euros linked to illegal gold trade. Eight companies in Prahova county were found to have melted jewelry and gold objects into ingots and sold them without the required legal authorization.
