Japan Cycling Association Officials Arrested for Alleged 30 Million Yen Fraud
Two representatives of the Japan Cycling Association, including its chief director, have been arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department on suspicion of defrauding company executives of 30 million yen through fictitious transactions.
