Latvian Border Guard Recruits New Officers Amid Staff Shortages

Sixteen new officers graduated from Riga Technical University's Rēzekne Academy, receiving professional bachelor's degrees and senior officer qualifications, and will join the State Border Guard, which faces staff shortages.
