Ministerstvu zemědělství podle zjištění webu iROZHLAS.cz hrozí, že přijde o 400 milionů korun z dotací. Peníze může po České republice vymáhat Evropská komise. Důvodem je střet zájmů, k němuž podle Komise došlo při schvalování projektů financovaných z evropských fondů. Podklady k případu si také převzal Evropský úřad pro boj proti podvodům (OLAF). Ministerstvo chybu odmítá a vláda Andreje Babiše (ANO) je připravená bránit se u evropské justice.
