UNHCR Card Does Not Grant Immunity from Malaysian Laws

Malaysian Deputy Minister Akmal Nasrullah stated that a United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) card does not serve as a citizenship document and does not exempt its holders from Malaysian laws.
