Japanese Supreme Court Rules Guardianship Law Unconstitutional
Japan's Supreme Court has ruled that a provision in the Security Services Act, which prevented individuals under adult guardianship from working as security guards, is unconstitutional. However, the court rejected the former security guard's claim for compensation from the state.
