Heavy rain forecast for parts of Finland

After a long dry spell, rain is expected to return to Finland this week, including the Helsinki region, according to the Foreca weather blog. Meteorologist Joanna Rinne writes that rainfall would remain uneven across the country, with the heaviest totals forecast in western Finland and Lapland.
