New Coastal Competencies Fail to Resolve Nautical Club Issues
The director general of Coastal Policies for the Generalitat, Kiryat Mercado, states that new competencies in coastal management do not resolve the problems faced by beach nautical clubs, as their survival remains conditioned by the 300-square-meter limit despite the agreement with the state.
