Warsaw Uprising medic Maria Kowalska dies at 100
Maria Kowalska, known by her pseudonym 'Myszka,' a medic for the 'Baszta' Home Army Regiment during the Warsaw Uprising, has died at the age of 100. She provided aid to the wounded in hospitals in Mokotów.
