Missing collector found dead in Leyte; suspect surrenders

TACLOBAN CITY – A 21-year-old woman who had been reported missing since Aug. 3 was found dead in a mountainous area of Isabel, Leyte after a “habal-habal (motorcycle taxi)” driver surrendered to police and allegedly confessed to killing her. The victim, Rina Jane Brigildo, was a collector for CARD (Center for Agriculture and Rural Development)
