Indictment Filed in Death of Aleš Šutar in Slovenia

The District State Prosecutor's Office in Novo Mesto has filed an indictment against Samirej Šiljić for causing particularly severe bodily injury resulting in the death of Aleš Šutar, a resident of Novo Mesto.

Tožilstvo zaradi smrti Aleša Šutarja vložilo obtožnico zoper osumljenca

Okrožno državno tožilstvo v Novem mestu je zoper Samireja Šiljića v četrtek na sodišče vložilo obtožnico. Očita mu povzročitev posebno hude telesne poškodbe, ki je imela za posledico smrt Novomeščana Aleša Šutarja, za kar je zagrožena kazen od treh do petnajstih let zapora. Predlaga tudi podaljšanje pripora.
