ILOILO CITY — Heat index levels across the Visayas remain elevated, with most areas still under the “extreme caution” category and some locations nearing “danger” levels, according to the latest monitoring by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). In its updated five-day heat index outlook and two-day forecast issued at 5 p.m.
