Finnish Forest Service Sells 4,000 Too Many Game Bird Permits Due to System Error

Metsähallitus, the Finnish Forest and Park Service, mistakenly sold 4,000 excess game bird permits in Upper Lapland, with 10,300 permits sold instead of the intended 6,300, due to a system malfunction.
