Confidentiality Over Communications Lifted by Icelandic Court Ruling

A court ruling has lifted the confidentiality surrounding communications after the head of the stock market surveillance at the Icelandic Stock Exchange inquired with the Ministry of Finance whether Þórður Snær Júlíusson had disclosed or leaked insider information from within the ministry or the government.
