Russian Consul's Wreath Removed from Kossuth Statue in Debrecen Again

For the second consecutive year, a wreath laid by the Russian Consul has been removed from the Kossuth statue in Debrecen. The local government condemned the act, stating it brings shame to Debrecen and Hungary.
