Plans for S10 Expressway Connecting Warsaw and Szczecin
The S10 expressway will run five kilometers from Płock's borders, announced the city's mayor, Andrzej Nowakowski, a decision local authorities have sought for years and achieved after deliberations by the Investment Project Assessment Committee.
