Court of Appeal Allows Sonko to Access Sh537 Million in Frozen Accounts

The Court of Appeal has ruled in favor of Sonko, allowing him to regain access to Sh537 million held in frozen bank accounts, which the Assets Recovery Agency had claimed were proceeds of crime.
