Sara Duterte’s secret funds given on same dates, at various sites

MANILA, Philippines—Recipients of Vice President Sara Duterte’s confidential funds were paid on the same dates but at different locations, based on documents that the Department of Education (DepEd) submitted to the Commission on Audit  (COA) and presented during her impeachment trial on Tuesday. As education secretary at that time, Duterte submitted a total of 1, 080 acknowledgement receipts (ARs)
